Exam and teeth cleaning

Kathleen Z, Niceville
The office is run with expertise. The waiting room is very comforting, and as one enters, there is always someone there to greet you. Smiles everywhere make the visit very comfortable. Personally, I have never had to “wait” in the waiting room. My appointment is always met on time, and everyone is courteous. The office is a very well-maintained, well-organized and well-run atmosphere, with everyone getting along and helping each other. Have never had even close to an unpleasant experience. Would highly recommend Dr. Broutin and his Staff.

Niceville’s Painless Root Canals

Save Your Tooth and Stop Your Toothache

Dr. Broutin actually likes doing root canals! Why? Because it is just another opportunity stop patient’s toothache pain, save their teeth and practice the latest endodontic techniques he has learned during his quest for new information.

More importantly, Dr. Broutin’s root canals are so comfortable, patients have been known to fall asleep during them!

What Happens During a Root Canal?

A root canal isn’t nearly as intimidating as it sounds. It is simply the process of cleaning the inside of the tooth to remove infection and prevent a tooth abscess. We access the interior of the tooth in the same way we remove external decay – with gentle and precise drilling.

Once we drill through the enamel and reach the pulp of your tooth, we gently scrub the pulp to remove infection, damaged nerves and any debris. Once your tooth is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and medicated, we carefully seal the tooth, first with a rubber sealant and then with a custom made crown.

Your pain will be relieved and your tooth saved!
